Flow Cytometry Antibody Binding Beads
Single population Protein A or Protein G microspheres are suitable for labeling with conjugated antibodies from a range of hosts. When bound to your fluorecently labeled antibody, these microspheres may be used as single-population for removing spectral overlap of fluorochromes.

Simply Cellular® Compensation Standards
Polystyrene beads coated with secondary antibodies that allow you to attach your fluorophore-conjugated mouse, rat, or human antibody. Once bound, these microspheres may be used as single-population for adjusting flow cytometers to avoid spectral overlap.

Viability Dye Compensation Standard
Viability Dye Compensation Standards are suitable for labeling with LIVE / DEAD® stains or other amine-reactive dyes to generate compensation standards for flow cytometric analyses. Beads are not suitable for labeling with DNA stains such as propidium iodide, DAPI, or SYTOX™, and users should contact us for discussion if uncertain as to the compatibility of a specific dye or stain. Supplied at ~1×107 beads/mL.

FITC/PE Compensation Standard
The FITC / PE Compensation Standard includes four microsphere populations that are ~7-9 µm in diameter, including an Autofluor™ population, and single populations of surface-labeled beads with FITC, PE, and FITC / PE. The Autofluor population are unlabeled beads exhibit autofluorescence at approximately the same intensity as unlabeled lymphocytes.
